For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping organizations strengthen their people, processes, technology, and training programs. My career has included leadership roles in training and development, learning technology, operations, and information systems, giving me a unique perspective on how organizations grow, adapt, and succeed.
When my daughters were born, I launched Heather Franks Consulting to create the flexibility to be present during this important season of life while continuing to do the work I love. What began as a handful of consulting engagements quickly grew into long-term partnerships with organizations seeking support with onboarding, learning strategy, employee development, learning technology optimization, process improvement, and organizational growth.
I am passionate about helping leaders turn ideas into practical solutions that prepare employees for success, improve consistency, and support long-term organizational goals.
